Geez, That’s not the point Scott. The end of the month…It looks better than it did last week(that’s the point). If you can’t admit that, then that’s on you. And of course I don’t want you to lie. But I put very little emphasis into 4-6 week progs that look meh, or that look good for that matter either. We’ve seen both looks reverse too many times. If you wanna be an angry elf about the look, I’m not gonna try to talk you out of it. But you know that looks that are that far out can and do morph.

No, I don’t act like that at all, or think it’s impossible. I just don’t like the certainty /and smugness on something that can’t even come close to being positive. You’ve been in a down mood, so you’ve been saying shit off the cuff, that imo was not certain. And I’m not saying the month isn’t gonna end way above …that’s not what I’m saying at all. Nor have I ever argued that. what I said to you last week, in the very beginning of this month, was that we don’t know what the end of the month would bring, because as you said everything showed warmth as far as the eye could see. And now that doesn’t look so certain anymore. And That’s my point. Things have changed some now, from what it looked like last week.

And to be straight, I have no issues with negativity when it’s warranted. You can’t say what 4 weeks from now will have…no more than anybody else. And that’s what this is about. Deal.

It’s all about timing period. But the Bottom line is the end of the month looks cooler/colder than it did a week ago. If you’re being honest, you need to admit that. And your call for early December could be wrong too being it’s further out. And that’s the point.

A week ago we were told there was nothing of the sort in sight(and I’m not talking snow). And when I mentioned that at 4 weeks out(a month) things can’t be carved in stone, or taken to the bank, I was told that it pretty much could be. Now it looks to be changing around…what a shocker.

Ok. Fair enough. I’m going with it’ll come back to normal precip as we head into and through the winter. That’s my call. We’ll see what happens. But imo, the longer we go without any meaningful precip, the more chance we snap it back at some point in the not to distant future(say the next month or so).

Of course we don’t know exactly when…but the longer we go, the more certain it will be that it flips.

How much longer you think this very dry pattern is gonna last? It’s gonna change at some point. And we might time it perfectly.

It might. But it will definitely get more wet than it’s been. We were bound for a dry stretch…I mean we were killing it in the rain/moisture department for a year plus. It was pretty easy to see the drying out coming.
