    You and Tip can argue semantics, but I like my winters to last through all of Feb-which just happens to be our snowiest month here in SNE, so I hope that happens, whether Niña is dead or not lol. So Let’s rock this upcoming peak climo this year.

    That was the second of the 4…which did pretty nicely here too. The first one was the windswept all rain storm here. The third and fourth flopped. So we got 1 out of 4 lol.

    I was in Maine sledding during that March one(13th) and my mother called me cuz I had a buddy that was supposed to plow the driveway, and she called me and said she told him not to come, cuz we only got like 2-3” lol. What a flop. Out east crushed it. Ray with a 30 plus I think. And Hoth is right about that later one…that flopped too…went south lol.

    2006 was better, 2010 3 times in the mid Atlantic, 2011 twice, 2013, 2015…just to name some.

    That storm wasn’t even forecast to get up in here at first. Kept trending and trending.

    For sure. It as a very good storm, but We’ve had much better here since then.

    Ya, They made em better after that lol.

    Thanks. I could have sworn they were dropped, and then hoisted almost after the fact…but maybe I’m thinking of another storm.

    On the flip side of that, We got a foot plus with no WSWarning…lol. Complete debacle on both ends of the spectrum with that one.

    It was a beaut Clark. 13” here…16” plus in W. Hartford. The forecast the night before was for very little after the rug got pulled. Crazy.

    He just goofs around now….jokes and wise cracks all the time. Ya hate to see it.

    ya, for sure. But it looked nice for wintry appeal.

    While we could have done better of course…it’s been dam wintry for sure. Solid pack last 10 days, cold, snow on 12/26, snow NYE, snow yesterday morning, and Snowing again now. In that regard it’s been a nice 5 weeks. But we need a good solid event as we move forward for the whole area. hoping we can grab that.
