Aaah...you always got a take on why it isn’t a model fail...but you should, it’s your job. This was a complete fail in SNE imo. Not gonna talk me out of it this time Chris lol.

I was being A lil sarcastic on that. But wasn’t cherry picking. There was multi model agreement on a big system on the east coast however, but they all had a lil different idea on how that conclusion was reached. But that’s par for a system out at 8 days...I think you get my point. This is a monster fail on modeling...so there is no sugar coating it.

I wouldn’t even trust em one bit on the extended either though...they can’t Nail down a system 6 hours away...9 days away, forget about it. They’re all over the place.

It was a total fail on modeling for sure. What a poor job by all of them period. They’ve been pathetic this early winter so far..big time struggling on so many situations.

Yup. Nobody’s gonna get 6 inches from this the way it looks now..whether your north or not. Unless it all fills in and organizes again? But looking at it now, it’s not a good looking system.

Lol..you mean SW to NE? Just like two weeks ago to me...an hour or two of snow..then ice. Still snow here but radar looks like trash upstream, big hole coming and all shredded.

Light snow with a dusting now on everything. Upstream Radar is unimpressive however.

Lol...26 degrees with Virga here. A good chunk of the radar looks to miss to the south as of now.

Kind of reminds me of a couple weeks ago back on the 1st. A lil snow and a good amount of freezing rain here with that one too. Initial front end thump was underwhelming with that one...will this do the same here?

Yup. Whether we get 4” of snow and .2” ice, or 2” of snow and .5” of ice...it’s gonna be wintry ugly so pick your poison.

Time for now cast..it’s on the doorstep now. Sometimes it’s time to just see what plays out and put the models away. The calls have been made, let’s see what transpires. Enjoy whatever comes.

Radar looking pretty decent to the SW in PA. It actually looks to have pulsed up over the last couple hours as it’s heading this way. So at least there’s that.
