  1. Lol...Day 13 OP GFS??? Really pal? You're nothing but a Spoon...Plain and Simple.
  2. Just goes to show how narrow minded he really is.
  3. He saw pretty oranges and got prematurely excited...typical rookie mistake.
  4. Yes we all know that...might want to tell Kevin though lmao.
  5. lol didn’t you say there is no “Next?” It’s over right? 2nd half of Feb and March going to be like 2012 right?
  6. Raindance nailed it last year too. Guy is on to something...or just lucky two years in a row?
  7. Yo chill pal...It wasn't aimed at you or anybody for that matter..it was just a statement saying that those long range models have been showing the same sh*t all season. What a bunch of snowflakes, in a season that has seen very little snowflakes.
  8. Lol All the long term ensemble guidance has been saying that type of BS all winter...I don't really believe it anymore. The key words in your statement is "at the end," they've looked good at the end all winter lol. I'll be heading back up North the beginning of March for one more sledding trip, so I really don't give a crap about here anymore this year. I'd love a big one to at least give a decent ending to a Horrid/Ratter winter, but if not it's fine too.
  9. Yup, just got home yesterday afternoon from there(actually about an hour north of there to exact), and they're loaded up. Friday/Friday Nights storm was a full blown blizzard up there...was nice to experience it and be in it.
  10. Nice pictures Jeff...gorgeous scenary. Lots of fun on the sleds. We rode in the big snow on Friday up there..it was getting hairy later in the day busting powder with very low visibility...wouldn't want to do that on a regular basis, and couldn't do a lot of miles, but it was a beautiful scene for sure.
  11. Yup..that was a Legit airmass for NNE Sat Night/Sunday Morning for sure. Got a good winter time fix up North this weekend, which takes the edge off the bad season here some. But as most of the SNE peeps feel, I'm hoping we can score something significant/major before we close the book on Winter 19-20 here.?
  12. Nice for you folks there...just rain and upper 30's here. The very poor snow season continues for most of us in SNE. Just got home from N. Maine yesterday Afternoon, so got my fill of big snow/big storm/ and big cold. So the light rain and dreary day today is not as bothersome to me currently due to my big winter time fix this weekend way up North. Be nice if we all can score something major in SNE this season however.
  13. Poor SOB is looking for anybody to tell him there's some winter in store. As you said, he needs a winter hobby besides looking at models on a computer/phone...especially when SNE is currently getting no winter weather per say for most areas.
  14. When I left St. Agatha this morning at 6:00 am..truck thermometer hit -28F at one point. Temp was below zero While driving for more than 4 hours as we drove south through Maine. Big time cold up there overnight and this morning.
  15. Oh nobody’s buying yet...this has been the exact same trend with every system it seems this season; bring it back a little to get peeps a tad interested for 2-3 runs, then it goes to shat. But perhaps this is the one that doesn’t do the same thing.
  16. Yes..great storm. I was in a jackpot area. Was forecast for 15-20”, and got 33+. It was one to remember for sure!! Schools closed for 5 days..just like in 78. Id love to get just one major one this winter..then spring can come. The problem is it’s early Feb..spring is far off for SNE at this point. So let’s see if we can get 1 Bonafide snowstorm During astronomical Winter 19-20..
  17. ya was through there yesterday...Portage was very good! No issues there at all.
  18. I was in Caribou yesterday...it was awesome. No snow problems there.
  19. Yup it’s all powder..blowing everywhere. But it’s beautiful.
  20. Ya that should be good tomorrow. We’re heading out now..gonna try to do a lil riding now..short jaunts. But it’s getting worse by the minute. 16-20” up here. Hoping they get out late tonight and groom it. Fort Kent says they are and so is Red arrow. So If they do shouldn’t be too bad tomorrow. If not gonna need a powder sled to ride tomorrow lol.
  21. All LR Forecast going down in flames that called for a good run, and Normal snow and normal cold for the winter season? Unless late Feb and March pick up the slack...but I doubt it. It’s a Rat through and through!
  22. Ok..I laughed my ass off with this!! Good one DIT!!
  23. N. Maine in a winter Storm Warning for 12-20” lol.
