  1. Was a monster but it turned to sleet here in the later afternoon which cut down what would have been a massive amount. Got about 14-16” here in that, then a ton of sleet.
  2. And that’s exactly the point…as John said, it’s pretty much impossible. Feb13 gave me 33”. The two January monsters in 2011 gave me close to 2ft, and then 18-20” respectively. So that’s kind of how it works. Dec of 20 and Feb 1st of 21 were 15-18”too. February ‘06 was huge here, 20 plus. Don’t know what you got in that? But that was a great storm here and down into NYC.
  3. That boned us here out west(and I’m not extremely west either)…nothing special here. East of the River more than doubled(even 2.5 times in some spots)our accumulation. Not a fan of that storm here.
  4. My only point was that one of the big two(Euro or GFS) late last week had a beast for this time frame for the area. I’m wondering if this is the come back of that idea? Interesting.
  5. Ya..so that’s what I thought. Odds are low imo.
  6. So I took your comment as you’re laughing at that solution…was I correct?
  7. 18z Scott. Wonky is the flavor more often than not.
  8. It’s Way out there…that thing could disappear totally at this range. We got two storms in front of that way out there potential.
  9. I’d take another 8” that it shows for me. That would put me close to 4” ahead of all last year just halfway through January. I have No issues with that. But for now, it’s just another solution.
  10. Guys we have a thread for this…those maps should be in there.
  11. Too bad they totally suck…especially with 3 weeks still left of January.
  12. If Will is ok where it is right now, then just chill. This is a ways out there yet. Lots of moving parts here to say the least, so there’s going to be a lot of shifting around for a while. And plus there’s a rain storm in front of this potential so that’s a player with regard to this too…sit tight.
