    It’s similar to NYC. If there is little to no wind to bring in the cold air, the temp doesn’t drop.

    you used to hear a lot of nonsense about how DC can't govern itself, etc etc we are near or at the top in terms of vaccinations, testing and near or at the bottom in terms of case counts and levels of infection.

    DCA still eked out a high of 33 despite a cold day. I feel like 15 years ago we'd have been stuck in the 20s.
