  1. Uh, '94 was amazing. I was at PSU Altoona. Obviously I was north of the gradient. We can only hope.
  2. The GFS Is like a kid who didn’t study choosing C on every question.
  3. I was living in Maryland at the time and I remember my car being literally encased in ice. Hours of sleet followed by frigid temperatures. I couldn’t get into it or move it.
  4. I'm thinking the maple sugaring season in the northeast will be non-existent this year. You can't have a sap run if you have no winter.
  5. New York City: This winter has gone the ninth longest without measurable snow. Its latest first measurable snow is Jan. 29. Philadelphia: This winter has gone the 12th longest without measurable snow. Its latest first measurable snow is Feb. 3, although no snow fell in the winter of 1972-73. Atlantic City: This winter has gone the 13th longest without measurable snow. Its latest first measurable snow is Feb. 16. Baltimore: This winter has gone the 11th longest without measurable snow. Its latest first measurable snow is Feb. 21. Washington: This winter has gone the 16th longest without measurable snow. Its latest first measurable snow is Feb. 23.

  7. This guy is such a clown, and this is flat out wrong!
  8. What a clown! This dude is rooting against El Nino and he is supposed to love snow??
  9. I can remember plenty about past winters. The problem is that we are in a shutout pattern when most thought we’d score in December. As psuhoffman keeps bringing up in the Mid-Atlantic forum, even the good looks are not producing snow and that is troubling. Analogs that used to mean east coast snow now do not guarantee what they used to. Not to mention the horrific long range outlook….
  10. There is no way to sugarcoat this winter so far. It’s been absolutely pathetic.
  11. The GFS should not be posted, unless we are within two days of the event, just my humble opinion. It is that bad right now.
  12. HAHAHA that CMC run is the funniest thing I've ever seen. The real question is how many people will actually raise expectations based on it.
  13. This reminds me of something we normally get in late March or early April.
  14. Think about how frustrated we are and now think about how many times they’ve gotten rain while we’ve scored.
