    Parts of West Texas had 6” or so of snow today. They had an October storm too and more than double Harrisburg’s seasonal total. I give up.

    I was thinking about @SnowPlowGuy88 the other day (haven't seen him around lately). I feel for all those that livelihood depends on actual winter. Same for @Voyager who has little work because the calendar but in actuality it's been perfect weather for daytrips.

    Assuming the eastern half of North America doesn't receive a bunch of makeup snow and a big storm I'll be interested to see who ends the season with percentage-wise the biggest deviant from average.

    Very wet tiny snowflakes in Harrisburg proper but it’s of course melting on contact with anything.

    Pretty impressive temp drop, we left DC at 53 and in Frederick it was 42, in Gettysburg 40.

    Ugh. Just shows how bad a winter we've (read: everyone basically in North America) had when what feels very cold is still AN.

    It might not really snow again this year but it was 24 degrees this morning so at least it was cold.

    I'm poor with exact timing for systems - can anyone tell me when precip will hit/exit Saturday for both the greater DC area and again the LSV? My guess it's rain but regardless of precip type. Thank you!

    This chart makes my blood boil. The Susky had some ice chunks late last week for a day and half, nothing even close to solid or anything and that's been it.

    It’s going to end up a 37 degree light rain day Saturday huh. A miserable one to spend at arlington National cemetery.
