    Wow. Radar has shown rain overhead here for 15 minutes but it’s not reaching the ground. (Edit: right after post8ngbit started to rain lightly fur a few minutes) It always might be 15 degrees above the average minimum temp tonight. It’s gross.

    Came in about 30 minutes ago from an hour weeding the side garden. I might as well have jumped in a swimming pool, you couldn’t have noticed any difference. Also I hate weeds and wish sometimes I didn’t care abut the earth and animals and just sprayed everything dead with around Up.

    89 here, had .1” rain around noon but it’s all evaporated. Parts of York County is getting hammered.

    Storms have popped. They’re tiny but stationary so it rains until energy is gone. I could use rain, it’s pretty dry in the city. Hope one sits over us.

    Forecast high was 83. MDT hit 89. Forecasts this spring and summer have been pretty dire. Wonder why?

    I’m in DC and PPL called the power is out. Was that storm that bad around HBG? We have underground wires and NEVER lose power. Looks like a lot are out.

    DAMNIT. I enjoyed the winter posts bitching about the apartment snow removal. The worst experience is moving into a University of Texas apartment when it’s 107 and the A/C isn’t on.

    It makes sense why we post here x it’s hard to get a snowstorm. Even if we all have a huge winter it might snow, what, 40 days a year max? It’ll be 80+ for basically three months, so not much action to check there. I like to track severe storms and know I’m in the minority there ...

    You aren't out of favor! Enjoying something that others on this board (I'd guess 98 percent of posters here root for snow) doesn't make anything wrong. I mean you're psycho for enjoying extreme heat lol but it's all good!

    Just stood in the sun for 15 minutes and I'm drenched with sweat. People who enjoy this are certifiable. And it's really not even that hot.

    I have cold air pouring through vents! When it was turned on it was 82 in the house downstairs, after running a bit and right before I left to come up to the office it was down to 79. It's set to get to 68 and hold today. Cause tonight my house will feel like it's February because, well, I can.

    It’s 102 in Paris today. My new furnace works! A/C about to be tested.
