I'll be in Dallas and Houston next week for a wedding. Let's check in on Houston: It's currently 92/76 Dallas is almost identical to here (so actually cool for them): 84/71

86/73 at 3 pm. It’s quite uncomfortable out. Glad it’s not hot.

The sky opened up. Caught a little cell that put down moderate to borderline heavy rain.

My parents in Texas have yet to hit 90. We've hit it at least 5 times. It's been a MUCH hotter start to summer here than in freaking Texas. (they also are flooded due to so much rain). The change in climate we're witnessing (whereas we are much more likely to get sustained hot/humid where those usual south places now get cold and wet) is nuts.

Cloudcover is almost non-existent here now. I was hoping a rouge rainshower but alas. Maybe tomorrow.

The CMC torch was way off, indeed. There is a decent shot at rain every day after tomorrow this week so that’s nice.

Going to be a hot weekend - mid 90s. No break probably until Wednesday when it gets back in the mid to upper 80s. I was hoping Saturday would be not so hot but looks like 92-94 is likely.

Oh full sun here too - it was sunny when the sprinkles blew here. Ground is bone dry.

I was hoping that cloud that was over Camp Hill moved eastward a mile or so earlier but no dice. Had a few sprinkles but we're back to full-on sun. It's quite hot out and humid. First real uncomfortable day of the year.

I didn’t have my gauge out but we prob had about .1”, maybe a hair more. More than I expected today. Tomorrow I’m skeptical about too.
