  1. Tiny cell n Mechanicsburg looks like it’s outing down heavy rates. The thunder from it is quite loud.
  2. How's the course holding up so far with the lack of moisture? Good to see you back!
  3. You're in luck, @Atomixwx is your man then!
  4. Speaking of cicadas ... a plane carrying press to the UK to cover Joe Biden was delayed seven hours yesterday cause the little guys infested the plane. https://www.pennlive.com/nation-world/2021/06/cicadas-overrun-plane-delaying-press-ahead-of-bidens-overseas-trip.html
  5. That general area seems to get a lot of excess rain/storms, it seems. Same with Elcott City, Maryland.
  6. Paging @Jns2183 - JSN2183 to the batphone.
  7. I’ll be in Houston next Thursday through Monday. So perfect timing.
  8. I’d think but they are odd creatures. They only have a few more weeks in their life cycle.
  9. That’s a bit surprising. A friend lives very close to Roundtop and it’s infested there. She posted a video and it’s SO loud. I’ve seen some in the city but not many, but they’re all over the burbs.
  10. It was supposed to have been last November and outside, but Covid killed that idea obviously. So yeah you can't do an outside wedding in June in Texas unless you're out west and it's near sunset. I'll post pics of all the food that helps me survive the heat. What's funny is after a day, I forget about it since I know it'll be hot as hell there and my body remembers I used to be just fine with it.
  11. I'll be in Dallas and Houston next week for a wedding. Let's check in on Houston: It's currently 92/76 Dallas is almost identical to here (so actually cool for them): 84/71
  12. 86/73 at 3 pm. It’s quite uncomfortable out. Glad it’s not hot.
  13. The sky opened up. Caught a little cell that put down moderate to borderline heavy rain.
  14. My parents in Texas have yet to hit 90. We've hit it at least 5 times. It's been a MUCH hotter start to summer here than in freaking Texas. (they also are flooded due to so much rain). The change in climate we're witnessing (whereas we are much more likely to get sustained hot/humid where those usual south places now get cold and wet) is nuts.
  15. OK I've had enough summer. Hurry up, fall.
  16. Cloudcover is almost non-existent here now. I was hoping a rouge rainshower but alas. Maybe tomorrow.
  17. Yea, like @sauss06 said this morning the cloud cover is helping a bit.
  18. 89/73 at 1 p.m.. It’s gross but at least it’s not blazing hot, I guess.
  19. I didn't think the humidity would ramp up so much overnight.
  20. The CMC torch was way off, indeed. There is a decent shot at rain every day after tomorrow this week so that’s nice.
  21. 91 at 4 pm. I’m surprised it isn’t hotter today.
  22. Hit 93. Wondering if someone hits 97 tomorrow and Monday.
