  1. Grandparents had Red Sox season tickets so my summers were spent at Fenway. Good times.
  2. The O’s announcing a 24% capacity limit is like Vail, Colorado, issuing a winter weather advisory in January. Needless.
  3. Today’s high was 65 and it’s sitting at 71 imby. Might hit 75 today.
  4. stfu don’t you dare tell me how I can disagree with a bald weather nerd like you (did I do that right?)
  5. That'd be awesome! (But Iona is being St. Peters ... )
  6. Hey sh1t I’m at 78. That’s a 16 degree jump in an hour.
  7. It’s not an ethics concern, but it’s one less shot for the 80 year old who can’t drive there. It’s unavoidable (without forcing ID checks), but it does skew the original supply. PA has requested 400,000 vaccines this week and got half of it. But the think next week it’ll be closer.
  8. Yea, indeed. But that skews numbers down the line, especially when looking at both completed. Things are improving quickly. It doesn’t feel like it, but in two years we’ll look back at how quickly the vaccine ps are administered and be in awe. The other issue is people skipping the line/lying or a 28 year old in Philly making appointment in Lock Haven - it screws up the algorithm for a bit.
  9. It’s the delay in 2nd shots that skews the number. It can be better - but the waste is minimal. It’s ultimately a supply issue (that’s getting better). PA’s Phase 1A is also the biggest in the nation. It’s literally 1/3 of the state.
  10. PA is doing fine - not great but middle of the road. We’re 5th in vaccines given. Part of the issue was county commissioners not letting the state immediately establish countywide vaccine sites. Gotta run your own fiefdom, ya know. But they expect the supply to ramp up greatly in 2 weeks. They’re doing 110k a day now. By mid to late May it’ll be phase 2.
  11. Wow, I'm at 62. What happened to the rain tonight? It looks like barely even enough to wetten the dirt.
  12. I’m at 61, I was highest yesterday and one of the coolest today.
  13. Up to 68 but it’s getting more cloudy so might peak.
  14. Today's high was 62. At 11:30, it's 66. I think Harrisburg hits 75 later this week.
  15. I'm good with that - basically anything over 70 I get too hot when doing any kind of ourdoor work. Somehow I played football in 105 degree, 80 percent humidity days for years and years and years. Funny how you adjust to the climate you live in.
  16. Let's go with 60 - need a few days to dig out, and I'll give our warmista guys 10 day of 75+ weather ... I'm kind like that.
  17. They should bottle up and sell today's weather. WIsh it were this 250 days a year.
  18. No I believe we do see more snow. But once the time changes people think it’s full-on spring.
  19. Today’s sky is a beautiful shade of blue - prettiest I can recall in a few months. Also time changes next weekend so winter will be effectively over for everyone.
  20. It’ll snow the 3rd week of March. Whether it’ll be shovable or not I don’t know but I’ll snow.
  21. Going to be windy until tomorrow evening. I swear this region has to be the windiest place on the east coast that isn't on a mountain top.
