It never verified for me either - light rain at most. .15” total. But I’ll gladly take that!
I did expect more severe but earlier instability might have cut down the main threat.
It is insane - driveways completely washed away. I miiiiiiight end up with .2” rain today (it’ll need to have this light rain for several more hours) while places a few miles away are seeing 4”+.
We’ve yet to have what I’d call moderate rain in the city. Everything has weakened over it today - it’s raining but nothing substantial like the surrounding environs. Very odd since it’s been the exact opposite the last week.
Left the restaurant in Camp Hill in decent ran in, got back to the city and it was dry.
It’s raining now but lightly. Radar shows red but it’s dry under trees so far.
There must be a pocket of stable area from Harrisburg south through Chambersburg because storms are firing immediately north/east and exploding. The outflow is wild.
That line running from Lewiston to Breezewood will bring the goods though.
