  2. I have some yellow jackets that have made a nest in a gap between the door jam and door molding, I sat there the other night with wasp and hornet spray and every time one would fly to go back in i would zap them, I stopped at 20..........lol
  3. Can you take like a broom handle to open it to have a look that way your still a ways away and see if you can see where they built the nest? That way there it would give you the direction of where to spray.
  4. Yeah, I have always found the to build closer to the outside, They like to stay just out of out of the sun, That's why eaves and dormers are spots they like away from the sun.
  5. The nest is probably just behind the outside vent cover, They like to stay close to the outside.
  6. I was out there this afternoon by Frye island around 1, Didn't know you were there.
  7. Took until early afternoon for sun to break out as the overcast hung on but slowly was moving off to the SW, Still a great day on the lake even though.

  11. Summer is waking up with a sore back, Another week or two and its going in for an MRI to see if its broken.
  12. Nice to see all those lower dews for the most part, Should be a nice upcoming few days.
  13. Lot of people out there to work but getting good skilled labor is something all companies are trying to hang onto, Its an employees mkt if you have a needed skill and can actually demand what you want and someone will be more then willing to oblige with sign on bonuses, Higher wage and Bennies to lure you away, One of the main reasons i have kept my CDL license so when i retire, If i want to go drive truck part time, I will have no issue finding a job with my clean license.
  14. Yes, That and I know a few that got into it later in life and opted to go the repairs route instead of new construction because you can demand higher $$$ with fewer doing repairs and it being more competitive for new.
  15. The biggest issue i see up here is most that get into these trades only want to do new construction and not repairs to existing infrastructure because your dealing with someone else's problems.
  16. There is a lot of money to be made in the Plumbing, Heating and HVAC industry.
  17. Manual labor is the reason, Can't work it into the gaming slot, Folks trying to hire a carpenter, electrician and plumber right now are having a tough time finding one, And if you do, You're on a wait list.
  18. Folks will be paying top dollar over the next 20 yrs or so as there are less and less going into the trades and the older tradesman retiring there will be more of a demand then a supply.
  19. 75/62, Cooler for now but heading to mid 80's again today but dews should be lower.
  20. Well, Some accountants are financial advisors as well, But really most do bookkeeping for company's outside of tax season as well if its not done in house.
