We will have no problem with below freezing temps at the surface up here, Its the warming aloft that's the issue and how soon that takes place to cut into the snow totals.

If its any consolation for up here it looks to be a gain but that's not saying much because even 1" would be a plus this season.

Yeah, 12/17 we had 9.0", Since then only two storms over 5".

When we have needed storms to shift NW this year never happened, Now we don't want one and it won't stop, Unreal.

That was even a tic or so, That was a sizeable shift NW on the 18z Euro, Of course it was 4mb stronger too which didn't help.

This whole winter has been really, Cant catch a break.

You have to luv the off hr Euro, 06z and the 18z runs have some very noticeable differences from 0z and 12z runs and its something that happens a lot.

That 18z Euro is a furnace aloft, Worse then 12z, What the hell happened to the SE tics like all season.

Still a good 36 hours out so we don’t have to watch the meso models today,To see if they tic back colder.

Weather models or SV doesn't have those increments.

I can't see 800 on what i'm looking at, But H85 and H7 looked ok on the 06z run.

And i was just looking at the mid level temps for up here and they actually cooled a tic or so even at the coast on the Euro 06z from the 0z run other then extreme SME, We don't even sniff 0c at any level that i can see.
