    Snow serves no purpose in Oct as far as i'm concerned, And i only care to have snow in Nov for hunting season, Other then that, I can wait until Dec.

    Most of last years high totals were who sat under the fire hose in Dec, Other then that, It was a rat up here for many.

    Yes, I believe so, Its been halted by the courts until the referendum vote next month, But there trying to confuse the voter as usual, It has ZERO to do with any retroactive laws, It has everything to do with stopping the corridor from being completed.
