  1. It does make it harder to keep a thread focused
  2. Hope it works out for you guys, seriously. I would offer to take extra hours of sleet if it meant you guys cashed in, but if I’m sleeting, then you have been for a while lol
  3. He’s not that bad.Ji is Ji and either you love him, or find him incredibly tedious. I am of the latter and it’s better for all of us if I ignore him. He does know his weather, and when he wants to be serious he is a worthwhile follow/read. It’s the other 90% of his posting style I can’t stand. I do not have the patience for that.
  4. Unless you tell them, like how I ignore Ji and live blissfully
  5. I missed your follow up posts, to yourself. Now I’m laughing and apologize for my part in the bad vibes
  6. Did.. you just quote yourself?
  7. Yes, I've heard a lot of those complaints. I've also offered to talk with them about it out of a banter thread and yet they never take me up on it. So i'm guessing its not that big of a deal. I do appreciate your thoughts on the matter, so thanks!
  8. im not the gatekeeper on who can make threads and when. its opened now, so....
  9. Oh thank goodness. that 3k nam snow map was UGLY
  10. You're welcome! Yup, thats why we rescued. We rescued Peaches when we moved to Parkton, we had another dog at the time too but he passed a few years after we moved. Wasn't until we were home for covid that we decided it was a good time to get a puppy. We were home, might as well. We fostered 2, and adopted Ollie. I'll never "shop" for a dog again. Rescues are the best.
  11. Thanks, friend. We will have to get another sooner than we would want, because Ollie is full of energy and life. Peaches does her best to keep up with him, but then she's just exhausted and wants to be left alone. Dogs are too good for us, sucks to see them go. LOL I love it. Rescues are the best.
  12. LOL its so true. No doubt. Once you get down Mountain Road towards Chesapeake, the income goes up. Some of the neighborhoods outside of Gibson Island, but pretty far down the road are all big mansions. I grew up closer to the Severna Park area.
  13. The better of the two Pasadena schools
  14. Ha! Yeah bad picture, sunlight was behind them lol - Peaches didn't use to tolerate him, but he's grown on her. Sadly though she is getting old (will be 12 in April) and she moves a lot slower these days, sleeps a lot. She had some sort of cardiac event a few months ago, so we are mentally preparing ourselves...
  15. i replaced it with a better one!
  16. hey @KAOS where in Pasadena are you? That's my hometown
  17. Ollie (the puppy, a lab mix, on top) and Peaches, our senior dog, a beagle mix. Both rescues.
  18. This is the correct snowfall map. Yours was from 3am.
  19. 30/12 here. I'd say I've still got 50-60% snow cover going on, though its a slushy muddy mess out there.
  20. He is, with kids too. Best to just move along and not go down any paths that would result in another timeout for you.
  21. So... around 1230 or so, the dogs came in from outside. muddy as all f because the puppy has found places to dig in the melting snow. i, the gatekeeper of when they go inside and outside, did not pay good enough attention to their dirty paws. and they proceeded to muddy up my nice steamed cleaned carpets that i slaved over this past weekend. my reaction was very similar, followed by a few choice words.... that was heard by my kid's class. oops.
