  1. We had alot of cold storms that year. A degree wouldn't make a difference in that case although the Feb 14th storm was a borderline event
  2. The best was in 2016 when he was freaking out because Richmond went over to sleet and Paul Kocin tweeted back Richmond's sleet is NYCs snow
  3. Yeah I was planning a getaway for a couple days hoping to go north or west to see snow. Right now that doesn't even look likely.

  10. I think Minneapolis got slammed last year or the year before Edit it was 2022-23. Their 3rd snowiest winter
  11. Yeah its not like we're getting a bunch of 33 and rain events. We're just not getting the storms and timing them with the cold air when they do occur
  12. And Dec 89 managed to suck despite all the cold so it's essentially useless. Give me 2000 or 2010. Both months were cold but the snow held off until late

  14. It's so strange though. 2.9" bad winter 3.2" good winter. Seems like we have to break that at some point

HAZARD...Whiteout conditions with near zero visibility associated with intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.
