Unseasonably warm temperatures and a lack of snow in the Northeast have forced some popular ski resorts in the region to temporarily close. Not as much melting as forecast. Maybe it's a start of a trend.

It was pretty much predicted wasn't it? Most of the seasonal outlooks I read were calling for warm and below average snows. Sure, maybe a crank hobbyist or Joe bastardi called for cold and snow but most were going the warm route.

Raining again. Good thing the pattern looks to improve by the end of the month otherwise this would suck.
