  1. Looks like some serious ass rain in Southern New Hampshire. Any totals?
  2. Heresy! Unless you're on the golf course .
  3. Must be nice. Some people have to work you know.
  4. Non air conditioned parts of the house still at 77°
  5. 73/68 about as nasty as it gets for 5:00 a.m. .
  6. [Official High Temperatures Today] High temperatures earlier today reached 96 in Boston, 95 in Hartford, 91 in Providence and 89 in Worcester. We missed the record high in Boston by one degree, which was 97 set back in 1999.
  7. 68/62 Today is looking nasty. Expecting the warmest day in this stretch of the heat wave for many locations across southern New England. Aloft have WSW flow bringing in 23-25 degree Celsius air at 925 hPa! Expecting the mid to high cloud cover to not move in until late in the day, so have once again gone with the 90th percentile of guidance for high temperatures today.
  8. 80/62 Beautiful evening! In all seriousness this is been a unremarkable heatwave.
  9. Awt. Brief mild up and then back to the chamber we go.
  10. Actually doesn't feel that bad out today so far. Cutting trees and splitting wood not a problem. Nice breeze...
  11. How bad must it be to be a leafs fan?
  12. Excessive heat likely with 590+ dam ridge just off to our west. Both deterministic and ensemble guidance offering low to mid 90s Mon and Tue, as 925 mb temps soar to +24C to +25C! Merrimack Valley could be the hottest location with downsloping WNW winds. Heat may briefly break (especially eastern MA) late Tue or Wed with potential backdoor front. Blistered napes.
  13. It looks effing hot! A little early for that crap.
  14. Wot? Wasn't Connecticut struck by a brutal heat Wave just weeks ago?
  15. How about BDL? Since this has been the hottest and driest spring ever.
  16. Started the month with 5 straight days with measurable rain, ended with 6 straight days...wettest May in 15 years
  17. I think you'll see a big difference in a couple weeks. I found myself standing on the social distancing line at the store today. Not that I was worried about anything, just that I was used to it.
  18. Still waiting for your first time. Drought, heatwave...lolz
  19. Are these totals from the fire station? How did the nearby stations compare?
  20. Right here, come get them.
