    My oldest daughter has taken on cooking and one of her first accomplishments was grilled cheese. She’s so good at it I just let her make them now

    I used to be a total beer snob in my 20s-30s. Loved hoppy beers and IPAs and so on. Then my palate changed. I didn’t like beers I could chew or burp 5 hours later and still taste the hops. Pilsners and ambers now. Stuff that is light and easy to have with lots of things
