Haha. I actually rarely wear gloves. Probably the reason why my hands are all cracked up and bleeding and my videos are shaky as hell.

Thanks!

Single digits forecast but so far haven't hit it yet this year. Will this break the streak? Probably not.
-
High of 34. With the sunshine it actually felt warm out.
-
Nice day. 38.6 for the high (surprised it didn’t go higher). All the ice on the creek has melted except for further inland coves.
-
Temp spiked to 35.9, a couple degrees above guidance. Some decent melting in sunny areas.

Pretty impressive late month highs/lows especially for a lowlander just off the Patapsco River. High/Low 1/25: 20.4/16.3 1/26: 26.6/19.7 1/27: 29.1/22.7 1/28: 30.5/21.6 1/29: 24.8/19.9 1/30: 23.9/17.9 1/31: 22.1/16

28 for the high after a low of 14.9 I have been using the Windy.com website for weather forecast plots for the past couple months. During the cold stretch, I have been comparing the GFS, ECMWF, and the ICON for highs & lows during the cold stretch. ECMWF and the GFS has usually been 3-5 degrees too cold for the highs and lows while the ICON has been more accurate and usually only 1-2 degrees off.

Agreed. Often people forget that in many areas schools provide free breakfasts and lunches that kids are likely missing out with schools being closed. Below is a picture from in front of Riviera Beach Elementary from this afternoon. I was surprised that Anne Arundel hasn’t prioritized the clearing of roads in front of and around the school especially since this is only a walking school (except prek and kindergarteners).

11 for the low. No single digits this week.
-
Low of 10.7

23.9 for the high. Kinda surprised at the lack of ice coverage on the Patapsco River and the Chesapeake Bay along the western shore.
-
A balmy 12.5 for the low.
-
Really should have gotten into the snow removal business with this storm. On a few local Facebook groups, people are making $200+ to clear home sidewalks/driveways.
-
24.8 for the high. Bright sunshine today made it feel warmer.

I was wrong. My street and route was luckily plowed going out to the main roads. Took a detour throughout the neighborhood and many side streets were still not plowed as of 430. Usually the county gets good contractors but seems the ones this year aren't great. Still haven't seen any county plows around at all.

Low of 12.7

Surprised at how good the roads in Pasadena are. Side streets are snow packed but very manageable and main roads are blacktop and dried out.
-
Very light glaze on railings & powerlines. Trees didn't really look like they accumulated much but hard to tell in the dark. Glad its minimal because I like power!

Still pouring sleet out there. 20.6 degrees. Suprised how much wind there is today, especially near the water. Wasn't expecting that.
