    Went to an icy Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge (near Cambridge) yesterday on the Eastern Shore. It was a beautiful day with the warm temps. I was surprised how much snow was still on the shore.

    47.1 for the high. During the past week the temps ran at least 1-2 degrees higher than modeled. Only 2 days with highs at or below 32.

    This is getting pretty crazy... At 5 PM they announced they were opening at regular time. The comments on Facebook were pretty rough about opening on time. 4 hours later...

    First time since Nov. I’ve been wanting to do it more but with the weeks of wind, I don’t want to risk it. I always have to get LAANC approval at my location which usually is approved instantly but can be a hassle sometimes.
