  1. Been moving nw for past 4 runs keeping primary longer into ohio
  2. Its all about the handling of upper air. The will be a deep easterly flow that is moist.
  3. Gfs is horrible. Then again they all been kinda bad. I like nam icon rgem. Will gout out on a limb and call for 2 to 5 across western ny.

  5. Usually but it happens more than you would think. Especially if you have dueling lows. You get a elongated trough nw of competing new low

  8. Gfs has trended in icon direction. So has ukie. The issue is the primary low in ohio valley and handling how it degenerates. If you look at icon it clearly shows a elongated area of low pressure from new primary on coast to old low in Ohio that moves ne
  9. Think all the models are having issues with the low coming out of rockies. I stick with my gut and say this will be more significant here than modeled now.
  10. Have seen this look many times. Not written in stone. Just pattern recognition. Has potential.
  11. The primary usually hangs on longer and grabs more. Historically.
  12. Thing that bodes well I believe is the trough that extends back into upstate. Historicaly under forcasted

  14. Typically I'd like to se storm a bit closer to be excited but its all we got at this point
  15. Think this is uoslope lake affect from a n wind on periphery of storm
  16. Canadian has been doin ok latley. Called last nights snow the best.
