Well, at least we'll get some sleep. Stupid southern stream wave. Why can't it muscle up and take some energy from the northern stream instead of getting worked over like a wet chicken?

Haha impossible to know at this point. On another note, I love the pbp in the main thread. More separation, more interaction. Colder. Warmer. Snow. Sunny. Higher. Lower. Up. Down. Fat. Skinny. Great times!

I thought the JMA was colder than that. The 850 line was much farther south on the other image I saw.

Front end snow/ice to rain. The pattern just doesn't feel right for a suppressed system to me. But I don't have much model evidence of it yet. Hopefully, it stays that way. For a good Miller B or hybrid Miller A/B thing, I want to see a huge high over PA or New England.

I hope you're right. I'm not generally a big fan of the Miller B. On the other hand, I would take the 6z GFS and call it a winter!
