  1. I don’t think anyone did, I will certainly always be skeptical before Jan given my location, but my point stands. It got worse, not better, which is what we’ve seen almost exclusively for 3 years That Boston snow stat is incredible, was the last 4” snow there the Jan 22 Blizzard?
  2. I don’t blame people for kind of being at the point that they won’t believe the positive until it’s here. This threat is pretty much carbon copy, rinse, repeat of what we’ve seen for 3 years. Looked great a few days ago, now the major driver of the positive solutions is gone, and we’re left with varying degrees of suck.
  3. The ability of the northeast and more specifically SNE to find the wrong trend has been uncanny the last 3 years. I know it’s wicked early and nobody will lose sleep over this because of that, but it’s still pretty incredible
  4. Very, looks like a light snow event for western ma VT and NH though
  5. Yeah, that threat has been dying a slow death the last couple days, no surprising.
  6. I’ll be sending myself through said ice if it’s accompanied by dry
  7. 11-29/30 is kind of back so far at 12z gfs isn’t as strong with the high and cold as it was yesterday; results in a mixed bag for many. CMC presses pretty hard and it gets punted east. Beaches would get some snow
  8. Funny how as soon as everyone starts mentioning the setup next weekend, it promptly disappears. Classic
  9. I mentioned earlier. My knowledge is limited, but in my eyes, this is easily the best look we’ve had in 2 years. Don’t care if it’s November 30th
  10. 18z gfs is a nice thanksgiving night into friday snowstorm. That would erase a lot of the sins of the last couple of years
  11. That period at the end of next week is probably the best look we’ve had in 2 years. I’m skeptical given how early in the season it is, but there is a chance
  12. This area looks to be a relative min for rain at the end of the week, not sure a half inch will be enough to drop all the fire concerns here; especially if it’s dry for a week after
