  1. I'm just hoping for better weather this October, last year was persistently cloudy with lots of rain/wind. I only got two sunny days in Vermont. The last year that I can remember with good quality foliage in all of New England was 2016.
  2. It's around 10/23 here in Enfield, was Columbus Day when I lived in Coventry. No way I would call the season on September 29th. It's about 95% green here. Last year had late developing color in Enfield. MA and S. VT had poor quality foliage color from start to finish.
  3. LOL, peak is still 3 weeks away. Give it some time.
  4. Last year had beautiful foliage from the NEK down to Killington and lousy south of there. The weather was just awful though with persistent rain and cloudiness.
  5. I'm contemplating about going to Killington tomorrow. Looks like peak foliage. The rain forecast for the rest of the week will end the season early I think.
  6. The color seemed fine to me, much better than last year. It's not going to improve, only start going bare.
  7. Peak foliage color yesterday in Southern Vermont. I've never seen that before in late September. It's going to be an early end to the foliage season in most of Vermont.
  8. Moderate snow hear with the occasional roaring of snow falling off the trees. 31.1F.
  9. Temperature at the low here currently for the storm at 31.3F.
  10. Snow accumulation on roads here since midnight. Lots of snow sloughing off the trees here. What's the temperature by you?
  11. 2" here in Enfield and 31.8F. All surfaces now snowcovered.
  12. Moderate snow here and 32.4F. Roads are mostly wet with the town out spreading salt. Driveway is snowcovered with about 0.30"
  13. Light snow continues here and it's 33F. Only a dusting so far.
  14. A few of the snow piles in the Enfield Mall parking lot have snow from the November snow storm. Some of the piles are currently big enough to hide a car.
  15. Getting a bit dark for pictures, but my backyard is fully snowcovered.
