I was at the ski expo on Thursday. The Western Massachusetts ski area's don't come to the show because their market is Hartford/Springfield/Albany.

Berkshire East is opening on Saturday, with Deer Run, Outback, Mohawk, Chief and Bobcat. $45 tickets. I'm going for my first day of the season.

Pretty amazing to hold at 32F with full Sunshine. Also amazing when you consider the normal temperature split is 52/34.

I hit a Doe in the hind quarters on Route 31 in Coventry in 2008. I killed the deer, but didn't damage the car. I barely grazed it.

I started out my son just before age 2 at Mowawk Mountain. He also took lessons at Killington and Sugarloaf. He loves skiing and is now much better than Dad.

Light snow here in Enfield and 36.3F. Snowing on my birthday, only happened twice before. 1987 and 2013.
