i doubt it...yet. Highways with the treatment they put down its probably just wet. Everywhere south of Enfield is probably still mostly rain atm as well.
According to WeatherUnderground radar, Enfield is right on the rain/snow line. Actually east of I-91 its raining per radar.

My sidewalk is salted like crazy and is snow covered.

I-91 must be a disaster.

Yeah, I mean maybe he said that because this storm does a loop de loop like 1888, but it's a totally different air mass and the system doesn't have that bent back north/south oriented front feature.
Supposedly the East River froze over and you could walk on it between Manhattan and the Bronx. That’s insane for March. Parts of New York State had 50" + of snow. This is my favorite blizzard and i have a book about it.

lol Bastardi. It's similar to 1888 in the way Lena Dunham is "similar" to Heidi Klum.
The 1888 blizzard had arctic temperatures. NYC was down to 6F at one point. The city started out as rain. Transitioning to freezing rain and then snow.

This could be the cruelest storm yet with regards to being downsloped shadowed and just a bit too warm but Congrats to everyone not in the lower CTRV!
We haven't done to badly in the snowfall department this season.

Torchtiger doesn’t approve of this possible snowstorm. We should have a 50F rainstorm instead.
-
Snowing now and 35F
-
Rain and 36F Meh
-
Overcast and 37F
-
Light rain and 38F
-
Overcast and 40F.

If I recall correctly the 1888 snowstorm did a loop south of Eastern Long Island.
That track makes sense with 21" of snow in NYC and temperatures in the single digits and a rain/snow mix in Boston and 10".
-
Light snow and sleet mixture falling here in Enfield and 33F.
