normal high at the end of august is 81 for the city so temps in the mid 80's at the end of  august is not exactly heatwave material..

it will feel might chilly by tomorrow morning even in the city...when i go out in the morning tomorrow i will be wearing a jacket.. been  about 6 weeks..

even if we somehow did it 90 no comparison to yesterday with temps high 90's to low 100's in some places and dewpoints over 70.. it is a different feel today...

today will be the end of the hottest part of summer in the nyc area.so enjoy it for those who  like this kind of heat....

of all the hot days we have had this year personally for myself this day had got to be the worst feeling one..

looking forward to the pattern change later this week that will end the hottest part of summer here in nyc..

i see quite a few people wearing jackets today...

it is misty foggy and cool i love it!!!

cool  day for the first day in august i am enjoying this..
