    My TWC local forecast ( I know!) has actually put accumulations in my grid for tonight in Simpsonville, less than an inch,and has snow mixing with rain at 2 pm!! Travelers Rest , actually has 1-3" in their forecast! Amazing what a few miles difference can make!!

    Thanks Grit ! Really great explanation! I really hate when you get a ton of moisture for a possible winter event and temps/ set up are so questionable!

    Your problem is looking at TWC! You'll get better, more reliable forecasts, right here! There you get GFS only forecast
