    This has been the worst winter I can ever remember!!! Even 11/12 had a dusting! The 1/2” of sleet in Dec was crap! All the cold and snowy hype since October, made it even worse! Here come the “ Best snows happen in March “ crowd! Let me know how that works out for ya!

    I really feel like we have said “ CAD will trend stronger/ colder” for every system there has been a chance of wintry!? And it simply has not been the case, once! Even Dec event,5 days out models had me at 33/34 and I never went below 33, the last one we had a shot at, I was supposed to hit 32/33 and never made it below 36

    Jan 88 storm had a +NAO! So , it’s overated, but this winter we have found so many new ways to fail, it’s unprecedented!!! A great, midooki Niño, that somehow, presents itself as a roaring La Niña! Don’t forget, our best snows come in March, and the NW Piedmont, is getting a crippling ice storm tomorrow!

    I’d rather have this look at day 12-15 on the GFS, than that on a 4-5 day lead on the GFSv3!

    I think it’s the ONLY model with an even remote decent look! And that’s sad! All the other ones are straight torch/ SE ridge, ugliness, till Atleast 3rd week of February

    7-10 day snow / ice storms, always disappear or turn out to be rain! 7-10 day warmups, verify about 98% of the time!
