  1. I continue to look at more natural ways to improve my sleep and anxiety.. Sleep deprivation it self feeds into anxiety..I'm waiting on my earthing pad to arrive lol Obviously you can tell which study is earthing and which is not lol It also normalizes cortisol levels Which is a big stress hormone..If it's to high it lowers it, if to low it increases it .
  2. Yeah the good stuff does lol The stuff on the street is hit it or miss. You can already get CBD oil which is the main compound for mental health.. THC is what gets you high.. CBD oil has been studied for its potential role in easing symptoms of many common health issues, including anxiety, depression, acne and heart disease. For those with cancer, it may even provide a natural alternative for pain and symptom relief
  3. At least I'd be able to get high Even though I don't actually smoke anymore haha New Jersey Perhaps the state with the best chance of legalization is the Garden State. In December, New Jersey's two legislative houses voted very decisively in favor of putting a constitutional amendment on the November ballot that would legalize recreational marijuana. Similar to the other states to have OK'd the recreational consumption and sale of adult-use weed, adults 21 and over would be allowed to purchase cannabis.
  4. Haha yeah dude, pretty much the reason I moved here to begin with lol Monmouth county is the 38th wealthiest county in America, actually jersey owns 6 of the top 38.. Last time I checked NJ also had the highest% of millionaires...But there is some cheaper areas where you can get houses between 150k-200k..That's why I chuckle when people complain about property tax..My in-laws pay 10k a year and have like 1/4 acre lol NY is actually skewed due to NYC...
  5. Haha you ain't kidding luke.. Last time I was there they had a 30" snowstorm that shut down major highways for like a week.. I was a freshman in HS for the blizzard of 96 (24"-30") and we had 5 days off lol They will cancel school for a threat of snow..
  6. They have had some decent years all things considered and some pretty big stinkers lol 2008 - 2009, 26.8". 2009 - 2010, 74.2" 2010 - 2011, 61.1" 2011 - 2012: 8.5" 2012 - 2013: 38.2” 2013 - 2014: 73.3" 2014 - 2015: 54" 2015 - 2016: 40.9" 2016 - 2017: 28.7" 2017 - 2018: 62.9”.
  7. You mean Monopoly? Haha No I'm not heading that far south, more like ocean, Monmouth counties..For the first year or so I'll be living in interior Monmouth about 20 miles from the beach, actually not a terrible spot for coastal storms..
  8. Thanks guys I appreciate it!!! But I'm not dying, at least I hope not lol I still plan on contributing to the board even if I can't give an obs.. You will see me on here frequently, just not as crazy as before..It was a tough decision for sure but it's not easy being a city guy living in the country..I haven't seen family or friends in about 6 years.. I've dealt with a lot of shit over the last 3-4 months and I feel like I need a total lifestyle change..I never did see the"big one" but I had plenty of memorable times and I'll definitely miss it..I'm a bit OCD when it comes to model watching and chasing but once the event came it just never seem to give me what I was looking for lol I definitely missed out on more than I received in the 6 years I was here... Also never say never lol I've moved 3 times to NJ just to come back upstate..I was here for years under"mohawk valley" but just never contributed..I still plan on coming up at least once a year for the state fair..I may also try to convince my girl to go visit the tug during some epic events, become more of a chaser lol I'll definitely be rooting SE SE SE though haha.. Take it easy guys..
  9. Well it's been real guys.. Just signed the papers to sell my house back to the original owners..I'm heading back down to the jersey shore in hopes to eventually buy a house on the beach..I'll miss you fookers but I'm sure I'll be on here more than the NJ/NYC board lol It was a good run but I miss all my friends and family down in the MA..I also miss the food which is so much better than this area lol Plus the boardwalk, Atlantic City, going to sports games (Giants, Yankees) etc.. Only thing I'll really miss here is the snow lol I'll probably be moving sometime in August, September..
  10. I take these supplements every day.. Vitamin/mineral cocktail may significantly improve COVID-19 outcomes Sounds like this finding urgently needs additional investigation: Vitamin B12, D3 and Magnesium administration in older COVID-19 patients "was associated with a significant reduction in proportion of patients with clinical deterioration requiring oxygen support and/or intensive care support." Among hospitalized patients ages 50 and higher, 17.6% of those who received the combination required some form of O2 support vs. 61.5% among those who did not
  11. Lol yeah dude it definitely isn't placibo, as more and more scientific research is coming out..I watched a documentary of a guy who walked for the first time in 30 years from grounding to the earth..I tell you this, I had some wicked vivid dreams last night lol I don't dream often but I enjoyed them..You can ground from inside the house as well..
  12. Anyone ever hear of this? I've been connecting more with earth lately and had some of the best sleep in months.. https://www.barefoothealing.com.au/v/what-is-earthing/22 Some amazing scientific evidence to this, especially fighting inflammation..
  13. Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected to cross the region from early afternoon through early evening. A few of these storms may be severe with the primary risk being isolated damaging wind gusts, and a lower risk of large hail. Thunderstorms will also contain brief, torrential downpours which may produce minor flooding in poor drainage areas.

  16. As the U.S. death toll nears 100,000, with unemployment soaring and people in some parts of the country still under coronavirus restrictions, a third of Americans are showing signs of clinical anxiety or depression, according to new Census Bureau data. After three months of fear and isolation, and amid continuing uncertainty, it’s the most definitive sign yet of the psychological toll exacted by the pandemic.

  18. Some pretty good thunder and lightning at the moment..
  19. Hit 81° yesterday, so far 78° today.. Looks like a couple near 90° days Tuesday and Wednesday before dropping back into the upper 60s, low 70s by weeks end...
  20. Coronavirus deaths in New York state have fallen below 100, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said on Saturday, marking the lowest daily death toll from the virus since March 24. The governor said the 84 new reported deaths was a "tragedy" but that the downward trend in daily deaths was a sign that the state is making significant progress. https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2020/05/23/new-york-coronavirus-fatalities-fall-to-lowest-level-since-march.html
