I haven't posted one Kuchera map this year But you can add a couple inches if we can get into some better ratios..(I think LEK said POSSIBLE 12-14-1) Still need other guidance on board lol

At 318 PM EST, A band of lake effect snow is located from Ellisburg, near the Lake Ontario shoreline inland to Lowville and Sperryville late this afternoon. Bursts of moderate to heavy snow is expected with snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour. This band of snow will weaken and slowly drift south into this evening. Expect any accumulation to be concentrated on the higher terrain. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this band of lake effect snow. Locations impacted include... Oswego, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Stony Point, Lowville, Pulaski, West Carthage, Adams, Redfield, Selkirk Shores State Park, Highmarket, Mexico Point State Park, Adams Center, Nine Mile Point, Southwick Beach State Park, Henderson Harbor, Barnes Corners, Whetstone Gulf State Park, Richland, Denmark and New Bremen
