It kind of looks like the UK Met. Just dry slots the heck out of us. Oh well, I guess we will find out what happens soon enough.

Tremendous view!! Very nice. You should be sitting pretty with that location.

Let me speak to the Asheville snowhole. Every year it is talked about, but Asheville and Buncombe County still average more snow than roughly 93 of the 100 counties in North Carolina. It is talked about like it is Southern Pines or something. Most North Carolina people except you high elevation guys would take Asheville snowfall. It does exist. That can't be denied. This high mountain ranges are powerful. But sometimes the models exaggerate the effect. Why do I care?? I don't know, lol. We are on this site talking about snow. We are all a little weird, lol. At the end of the day, it is not important, but yet here I am.

Well, it could be wrong, but the 3k NAM and the 6Z Euro both hammer Asheville and the surrounding mountain counties.

Normally conservative Jason Boyer WLOS throwing all his cards on the table for this one.

Give me a couple of inches, and I will call it a win. Anything is gravy after last year.

I hate the warm start, but the cold is supposed to get in here. Sooner rather than later I hope. -

SREF was back up to 3.5 at KAVL. -
Funny you post that Sn Lover. I was looking at Sierra at Tahoe and the summit has had 444 inches of snow this season. I am sure there are higher totals, but that is a big number.

Agreed!! That is really cool, especially in contrast with the ocean.

Thank you Jeremy! Same to you.

My wife can tell you that I ALWAYS know when I am being a baby, lol.

Lol. I said it. I should clarify. I am ready for spring if it is going to skip over my city and snow everywhere but here. If that be the case, come on spring. But, your point is still valid.

Ha! That's the truth.

How come North Dakota doesn't get too cold for snow....... Snow. Widespread blowing snow. Low around -9. Wind chill values as low as -35. Windy, with a north northwest wind 28 to 31 mph, with gusts as high as 41 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible
