  1. 6z EPS run looks significantly better than 0z. 2" mean line moved about 100 miles east.
  2. If ZR at 28 degrees was quickly self limiting then I didn’t lose power for a week in 2002
  3. Yeah if you’re anywhere from Greenville to the triangle, temps would be around 28-29 IMBY.
  4. Yeah, ouch if that’s true. Come on euro and icon.
  5. Every bit the snowstorm IMBY that December was and probably more. Some times the euro follows it(and vice versa) so we’ll see, I guess.
  6. Yup, snow to ice to rain. Nothing on the backside this run. Honestly, I’m more concerned with what the UK and EC has than either GFS.
  7. I think it’s going to be a snow/ice/snow run but we’ll see.
  8. It definitely won’t be as west as the FV3 for sure. Whether it’s right is another issue.
  9. It’s possible this is another impressive GFS run.
  10. The good news is the GEFS doesn’t really indicate cutting. The bad news is the mean went down and there’s basically about 2 or 3 ensemble members that agree with the OP.
  11. FV3 cuts west of West Virginia. Some onset ice but that’s it.
  12. That might put it over the top as the top snow season of all time. That has never happened as far as I can recall.
  13. QPF for MBY this run went from two or three hundreds to three tenths.
  14. Agreed. My gut feeling is it trends wetter just going by seasonal trends.
  15. It's definitely not a major event but it would push places like GSP and Charlotte above average on snow for the season.
  16. In general about 3-5" along a line from Clemson Agricultural College to Chapel Hill plus points N&W.
  17. Euro winners are the area around Mt. Mourne/Davidson and Southern Burke County. Both of those areas are just shy of half a foot.
  18. Kinda like a lighter version of the canadian from yesterday.
  19. This is totally subjective, but... i would’ve rather had the one big event here(11”) split into two events with cold weather following each.
  20. OP Euro isnt that enthused but does have about an inch across the mountains and foothills down to about a trace from CLT to about Kernersville. Euro control run is a bit more impressive with 2" around Maggie Valley with just up to an inch along and west of 321.
