  1. Widespread 55-65mph winds simultaneous with the snowfall verbatim on the Euro. Sounds like a good time.
  2. Eastern Iowa/northern IL/southern WI reaction to this morning's Euro.
  3. Lots of passing snow showers and flurries today with a T. Wednesday night's snow brought us up to 1.4" for the season.
  4. Lol yeah. You could tell this really wasn't too far away from being a big event if timing was a little different.
  5. Tonight's 0.95" rain brings the two-day total to 2.15". Best soaker since September. Still snowing, but smaller flake size as of late combined with warm ground is slowing accumulation. Still dusting up on grassy/elevated surfaces though.
  6. Probably 80/20 snow/rain here with very large flakes. Big enough they are tripping the back security light.
  7. Nice, and you have a long night of precip to go as well, should do well there. Back edge of precip a few hours away from here, so may just get a quick dusting to perhaps a quick inch if it can rip hard enough. Just heard a long rumble of thunder. Guess that's the first thundersnow of the year lol.
  8. ^ Same here, mixing as well and down to 35.
  9. Down to 38 with steady rain continuing. Up to 0.73" for the evening. Should see snow mix in very shortly.
  10. Raining hard enough to hear it on the roof. Picked up 0.32" already this evening.
  11. Def can't rule it out. I'm guessing that's overdone but at the least should get a quick period of wet snow after 10 or 11pm. Moderate rain here now but still quite mild.
  12. This sub is like the wild west. The last sheriff got chased out of town lol.
  13. 1.20" here since yesterday with up to an inch possible tonight. We're at 48 degrees currently, but could flip to wet snow by midnight.
  14. Right at 1" for this system now. Looks like a decent amount left to come. May get a brief period of wet snow tomorrow night before the dry slot bulges in.
  15. Definitely gonna rip up in WI when that wave kicks up there. Should be some nice rates.
  16. Winds have really ramped up here in past half hour. Roaring out there, prob gusting to 45.
  17. Pretty rough afternoon out there with a driving rain and 35 degrees. Nice soaker though with 0.54" and counting.
  18. Well, the first 10 days of Dec will sneak through without even a trace of snow. The next 10 days looks like maybe a T/<1" stretch. Hopefully the final 11 days of the month come through or we'll have another no-show-snow December
  19. Rain has commenced here with a temp of 33. Hoping for a good half inch out of this system.
  20. Looks like we'll get a day filled with backwash snow showers and flurries behind the big rainer next week. At least it will look wintry for a time.
