I'm aiming for sometime between mid-August and late September for best activity, give or take a couple of weeks. We already had Tropical Storm Arlene develop but that storm never really threatened the US since it moved westward in the Gulf while weakening. We'll see where we go from here.

So tell me... when is your best guess for some action to start?

I'm planning a Baton Rouge hurricane party and hosting sleepovers at my apartment for any chasers who come to this area for major storms.

Well, I figured if we get a cat 5 somewhere, we could all get a hotel and have a hurricane party.

Greetings Sonny. Can't say that I would be up for a Cat 5 haha. It'd be great to be able to experience such though despite the danger it comes with. Have you seen my hurricane forecast? Lots of detail for this season is there based on my thoughts.
