  1. Oh I know that. But wouldn’t it be great if it did?
  2. I decided I’d be ok with a repeat of Hurricane Belle circa 1976. Anything to break the monotony
  3. Oh I agree and in fairness I don’t want CT using Dixie cups to communicate if that happens. I think the Bob example maybe 50 miles west would be “fine”
  4. I’d like a 1635/1815 hybrid with just a dash of ‘38 thrown in. (mostly kidding)
  5. We will be in the bullseye for a few days and then Lucy will pull the football away
  6. Yankee Candle in CT would do a booming business with that map
  7. I can only speak for myself but you’re 100% correct. I am a bit of a hypocrite about this
  8. I wouldn’t mind a good storm but it seems like the CT electrical grid will be pushed back to pre 20th century levels if that happens?
  9. According to Facebook I guess it’ll be years before they can replace that radar FWIW
  10. Color me surprised I didn’t think there would even be a thunderstorm within 100 miles of my house today
  11. Has there ever been a significant New England tornado with this particular setup (As modeled) before?
  12. Just unusual to see such a fine delineation like that here. It’s almost like a snowfall map where the storm passes too far south to impact Boston but the cape gets a blizzard
  13. That’s very strange. Providence is in the enhanced but Boston barely in marginal?
  14. I guess we’ll have to hope for a well timed eye wall replacement cycle for this not to be as devastating as it seems destined to be?
  15. Wouldn’t shock me if this trended to a NYC and south deal. The other two similar occasions I can recall also trended from SNE to NJ a day or so out
  16. Beautiful looking storm assuming it’s ok to say that
  17. It seems that around here waiting/hoping for a warm front to go north is like waiting by the phone for your hot ex girlfriend to call you. Both usually result in disappointment
