How many confirmed tornadoes have there been in New England in 2019. Seems low
I don’t believe there have been any? But please feel free to correct if I’m mistaken

As we get closer to August hopefully we’ll start to hear the phrase “morning surprise spin up” from someone

The sun just broke out here in Taunton

Bob Copeland was another guy who I believe was a fan of big storms but kept a different face when broadcasting to the public. I had the pleasure of meeting him many years ago. Nice man

Put me in for $75. I’ve had a lot of bills this month

The severe enhanced area over Minnesota this afternoon, is that the origin of what would become the MCS to affect parts of NNE this weekend?

Has Boston ever hit 100 two days in a row?

Looks like Monday could feature widespread action...though we may have lost the best ingredients for a big event
Is this still NNE wiz or throughout ?

Let’s bring in another light show overnight and call it a month

Lightning here in south part of Braintree is like a strobe!

Feels more like a Florida severe weather day than say a Great Plains severe day assuming anything happens

Surprised no one has mentioned the nocturnal fireworks possible overnight?

I was about to make a Kevin Spacey joke but nah...

It’s kinda surprising New Orleans hasn’t had a direct hit by a tornado at some point?

Last summer is not walking through the door. Last summer left the building. Sure it's an AN stretch at peak climo but it doesn't look anything like last summer. Obviously we both won't know until all is said and done but there will be breaks IMHO.
I look at it slightly differently. I love HHH and I’m not in great shape. The reason I do is 1) usually a chance of storms and 2) the feeling of relief when I come home from being outside in oppressive conditions to the AC is an incredible and exhilarating feeling. Just my opinion and two cents

Should see numerous t'storms tomorrow with torrential downpours and vivid lightning. A few storms may produce some damaging wind gusts which knock down some dead trees or limbs
Do you think these can hold together to the coast Wiz?

Just lost power here in Braintree. Nice little storm rolling through with some good lightning strikes

Next day 2 outlook at 1:30 local time might be interesting?
-
JB yikes! Is there even a tornado threat at this time with the severe this weekend?
-
What’s Bastardi’s forecast for Flint then?

Isn’t it tough to get sig tornadoes in non EML situations in these parts? (Assuming the ‘53 reference was a sincere one?)
-
Would their be any EML associated with this weekends storm chances? Asking as a novice

Boone would be tempting. No extreme cold airmasses, good snow, not too hot in summer, good growing season, etc.
I have relatives close to that area and they love it
