ILX seems to have bumped up the totals from a general 6-8” to 6-10” now. So for me it’s double digit or bust. leggo. Just got me a good bottle of whiskey and gonna try and pull an all nighter. Let’s see who wins the booze or the storm

I'm glad it's going to be a daytime storm here. I will try to get some sleep and set my alarm for 6am.

Yep. You, Steve and myself all looking at 2-3" per most models. Nothing really to write home about. Hopefully it holds together a little longer to get us in some good stuff, but at this point I'd say 2-3, anything extra is just a bonus. Columbus and points west I'd guess up to 6"

Good luck and Happy Belated Birthday!

You are under NWS Wilmington I believe. I'm right there with you on the boarder darke county. In 4-6 range with WWA of 3-5. I look for an upgrade later.

Yes Wilmington covers my area. Indy covers the counties west and north of me and they are all under warnings. I guess Wilmington is not as confident as Indy is.

Wilmington is always that way. Slow draw every time.

I mean they weren't slow to issue a Watch for some areas. I would think they would issue Advisories for the areas adjacent to the Watch areas.

Like a snow globe outside right now!!!

Yeah here too. It wasnt even supposed to snow here so not sure where its coming from. I am hundreds of miles from Lake Michigan so i know it cant be lake enhanced.

....maybe something to watch in the longer range.    The eps has moved the LR trough axis further west....enough so that I think it puts more of our sub in the game for a potential biggie, if it's right.   Up until now it's looked like any big dog was a lock to be a coastal in the LR.

So I guess this weekend isnt a biggie ? My definition of biggie may be different than yours though, being from the south. 1-3" is a biggie to me.

I forgot you just moved there. Yikes. Trust me...for your area it DOES and WILL get better than what you've seen!

My first year here has been pretty horrible. I got here last January and the biggest snow I have seen was 4". Mostly a bunch of 1-2" events last winter. Practically nothing this winter. I just want to see a 6" snow if that is possible.
