    I just got back from Ft. Wayne on a job interview. It seemed like a pretty nice city although some areas looked run down. It definitely looked nicer than Richmond though.

    I am not a big fan of sunsets after 9pm. I'm glad the days are starting to get shorter now.

    I really shouldnt complain about the clouds and rain. I'm actually enjoying the cool, cloudy weather today. It beats 90 with high humidity.

    I have a hard time believing Indianapolis averages more sun than Seattle in June and July, especially since Seattle is further north and has more daylight.

    Is there any time of year where sunshine dominates in the midwest? Seems like winter, spring, and summer is primarily cloudy and rainy. Maybe fall ? I'm convinced that the midwest is even cloudier than the Pacific northwest.

    Ive noticed with almost every system the severe weather threat seems to be greater to the south. So im curious as to what month is the best month for severe weather in the southern midwest ? Would it be May?

    Are you referring to the March 2009 storm ? I didn't know there was one in Feb 2009 also.

    Hard to believe that before this winter they hadn't seen snow since 1979. They are at the same latitude as Dallas and 3500' in elevation !

    I'm surprised temps were so much warmer than forecast this morning, with clear skies and snow cover. Forecast was 10 but it only made it to 15.

    Ugh i can't believe that for the first time in my life I live in a place that gets snow every year and it looks like we won't get anything, while Carrollton will probably get half a foot.

    I hate waiting because I think of a million things that can go wrong between now and then and more often than not some little minor detail ends up throwing everything off.
