  1. Just spoke with a friend in south eastern Adams county who said they are getting street flooding in their development. Radar does not look "that bad" but it must be coming down there.
  2. You guys should work with the Capitol (Harrisburg) area crew who cannot seen to ever stay below their forecasted temp. Find a happy middle ground where everyone's forecast is right.
  3. 2:30. Should be some cells developing in (mostly) Central and Eastern LSV soon.
  4. I look up a lot of stuff under Multi-Station then pick the state under station selection. You can also do the bounding area with Lat and Long numbers.
  5. 76 and delightful out. DP is 67 which is not perfect but clouds and breeze make up for it.
  6. Yes, could be quite the nice/cool late Sept for PA. I saw the West is getting real signs of winter. We have had an average September so far.
  7. It was a real surprise when I just noticed it. Obviously they were all prior to HIA/MDT.
  8. "Expected" is a stretch but the afternoon GFS has snow in PA in less than two weeks.
  9. Hey @paweather, notice how we squashed that governmental averages report. Now readers are coming away feeling invigorated in their 12Z GFS Digital cold. LOL
  10. The lows on there could conceivably give most LSV stations not named MDT a run for the record of 35. MDT would be lucky to break 50 though. I was surprised to see that MDT has hit freezing 3 times in Sept. Two days in 1963 and once in 1947.
  11. Yea, I noticed that first before I went into details of how it started. Verbatim that would pump cold that is within a few degrees of records down over us (at least for MDT). A couple days of -15 to -20 departures would knock the snot out of any remaining positive.
  12. The progression on the surface is a little wonky. The low passes into N/E and then seemingly transfer back west and moves west for several frames.
  13. Quite the mark. Would be incredible to get MDT over the Sept hump concerning recorded snow.
  14. More indications of a (VERY) early winter preview coming up.
  15. That was what I was trying to suggest but in my own words.
  16. it's similar to this AM. Very shallow warm as to depth it get into the North East. Probably washed away in a couple days.
  17. GFS trying to set the ridge back up for warmer weather the second half of that period.
  18. I did not read the AFD but model wise there is no indication of it being warm, if that means above average, the first 2-3 days of that period. That is out to the limits of the Euro and CMC.
  19. Remember, those maps are not temp based they are percentage based. So for 2/3 of PA they are saying 55% Chance above, 45% chance below.
  20. Negative departure/autumn feel people are going to like what the GFS is selling.
  21. One thing I did note is that the GFS, HRRR, Nam and 3K are all quite rainy for the LSV this afternoon.
