    If it snows hard at 33 in the evening, its accumulating on hard surfaces as well. Twp is worried black ice/bridge ice tomorrow night as well. Do not think anyone thinks this is a plowable but the salt might be out. I was not joking about met's scrambling this AM. I am receiving requests from clients despite it being Easter. Somehow the word is out.
