  1. His "expect a slow afternoon commute" may mean snow covered roads and he forgot to add that part? :-). I will be surprised if the western LSV does not see some decent periods of snow. We now have steady light snow here.
  2. We have plenty of radar returns but just getting a stray flake every now and then so far. 37 degrees
  3. Sleeting around DC right now (mixed) and in Southern VA.
  4. I will not have that low jamming itself up west of me so my location is good today. If only it were real winter and not fake winter.
  5. Definitely a winter like day today (and probably tomorrow as well).
  6. High here today was 47. An impressive feat under full sun. 17 below normal.
  7. A great lesson in not putting too much stock in teleconnections or oscillation predictions. They can be right but can also be so wrong.
  8. NAM. LSV wise, the different models are looking similar. Cumberland is looking the best right now.
  9. If we get sn+ at night with temps near 32, its game on anywhere regardless of elevation. Might see some WSW's soon.
  10. Yea, good idea. I will have to cover them tonight with the upper 20's so may need to change tactics for tomorrow night.
  11. 4-6 in Rou'ville. Covering the plants will not make up for that. Going to be some damage in that depiction.
  12. This is still a somewhat being overlooked snow day as well.
  13. Its in the mid 60's. LOL The heat turned on last night.
  14. Easter lunch is served and.....we have the fireplace on. LOL.
  15. Just hit 40 here. It feel quite cold out but not windy thank goodness.
  16. If it snows hard at 33 in the evening, its accumulating on hard surfaces as well. Twp is worried black ice/bridge ice tomorrow night as well. Do not think anyone thinks this is a plowable but the salt might be out. I was not joking about met's scrambling this AM. I am receiving requests from clients despite it being Easter. Somehow the word is out.
