  1. That is a sad look for that stream and a good visual for what our northern friends are facing. Also, nice hike at 28 miles! Impressive.
  2. Estimated radar says areas in and around Mt Joy are basking in about .1 to .2" of rain for the day. One of our lottery winners is in. I have a spotter just east of the area who is saying .05.
  3. We got up to 84 but down to 82 now as we throw another Below Normal Log on the summer of 2022.
  4. Exactly. If the lows had been a bit lower MDT would be average or below right now.
  5. I was pointing out for compare. But when it comes to the MDT record, the 35 record posted earlier was only during Met summer. The record for all year appears to be 2016 when there were 43 days so a long way to go to catch that one. 2020 would slot in at number two with 35 while 2021 comes in at number three with 33. MDT has 26 total this year if I counted right.
  6. I was thinking so. MDT's numbers are June - Aug.
  7. You 90's guys keeping count, did you notice that 35 is the tops for MDT so that is your goal I guess. MDT only has 22 this Summer counting today. That is another question, are you counting summer or year? MDT's numbers and records are for summer.
  8. Someone said they saw a fireman at the end of a runway with a magnifying glass pointing it at an object.
  9. MDT is steaming this afternoon. They already hit 90.
  10. Yea, I am just going by the atmosphere and models. It has actually already rained here but just a T so I did not say anything. Getting rain on Mostly Sunny zones has been fairly normal this year. The cell that came by here (I am up in N Franklin right now) is moving up into Cumberland right now.
  11. Some 1/2-1" lollipops showing on some 12Z Meso's for this afternoon into the night.
  12. Yea, maybe. Definitely not getting 90 here but that was assumed after this summer.
  13. HRRR's afternoon into the night rain totals....lottery
  14. That is the first and last thing they teach in public met school. Range, range, range. LOL. 4-8" snow? Not enough. Go 4-10!
  15. Some singular areas of PA reporting a below average temp summer so far including in or near the LSV. Overall LSV Average to +1 south to +1 to +2 north. Less that 3% of all stations reported BN.
  16. Sat does not look too wet right now. They should keep their eyes to the sky this evening though. Might get a surprise. Let's hope the convoluted late week end/early week systems go in our favor. From what I can tell, no model has MDT reaching 90 today. Rgem and Euro are the closest non Meso but I think they extrapolate out to 88. HRRR has 89.
  17. LOL, imagine if you had that power. You would far outclass the carpeting installing weather prognosticators! A windows wide open 55 this AM.
  18. I see it and certainly think that is not bad. I am just not a fan of it being dark at 8:15Am both for my own likes and kids standing at school busses.
  19. Yea I am surprised it is still stalled but was assuming it goes eventually. I for one have no issue with the swap and as I stated earlier this year, would not be looking forward to total darkness at 815am
