  1. Exclusive AmWx only look at the current Electric Meter usage in the Maytown Historic district this fall...including this AM.
  2. 32 and moderate frost this AM and red hot Phillies (as Blizz said).
  3. Well it is called Sun City! Let compares Apples to Apples. The current temp in Sun City, Florida is 77 with no sun. LOL. Someone around your PA home may make a run for 70 tomorrow.
  4. High of 59 here today. Light breeze, quite nice especially in the sun. Was 53 up at Cowans Gap where we took a walk.
  5. This is the time of the year you really get colder than me...on these borderline cold nights. I still have some new grass trying to gets its root strong so I would be ok with no frost this weekend.
  6. 40 on the dot this AM. Not really much colder than most other days this week. Nights have been chilly and day's warm after the rain.
  7. The Washington Post paddles the GFS. No mention that the NAM had the second best verification for landfall and best for post Florida track. Maybe it was just a global discussion. https://www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2022/10/07/weather-models-hurricane-ian-gfs/
  8. Looks like Indigenous day should be nice. Highs near 70. I think some schools have off.
  9. @paweather's Spooktacular itstrickortreatingtime snow storm.
  10. You are closing on on Cap City which is 76 still. I did not have a horse in the race for 80 today as I did not think it would get this warm today. Yesterday an 80 seemed real possible and CXY did not disappoint. LOL
  11. Yea, GFS has a string of 3-4 70's days next week then back down a bit. Slightly above seasonal overall.
  12. There is not a cloud in the sky here. 68. So we have 70's in the bag. CXY still running away at 76.
  13. PenMar nooners is 67 and sunny. Cap City still out pacing you @ 73.
  14. CXY is 7 degrees ahead of where they were yesterday at this time. 63 already. Looks like CSGS has cleared Blizz for now. Still a D0 not too far to his north.
  15. Yea, they keep saying analytics suggests you go for it on 4th and 3 on your own 35 in the first quarter. LOL. I do see the plus side of trying it but it is indeed not conventional. And I totally agree with you that Russ looks bad...and look at Justin Fields in Chicago. Uggg
  16. A lot of bad stuff...coaching and playing. The real kicker is that most people on the field make more $$$ in a year than most American make in a lifetime. Lots of very questionable QB's starting right now.
  17. That is how I am looking at it. These next two weeks are going to have some nice days to enjoy before we eventually get cold. Too early for cold yet and it is not 90's so that is good.
  18. 44 here. A bit chilly but not too bad. Just made it to 70 yesterday but think we go higher here today.
  19. Check out this beefy cold front coming through Thursday night and Friday AM. First "big boy" front of the season IMO. After 3 days in the 70's it means business (progged). it is 64ish at MDT at 2AM Friday morning and in the mid 40's by 8AM. CMC not having any of it and has 5 days of 70+ and keeps the trough well north of us.
  20. The revenge of Ian again? LOL. Models had a weak vort passing way to our Northeast and did not show rain getting that far south.
  21. Yea, just pointing out the big difference. Cap city being 81 was the big surprise.
  22. You were 6 degrees cooler than New Hampshire and 10 cooler than Capital City.
