  1. Guess I will not be surprised. There was just no way it was staying in the 60's with this piping hot SW flow
  2. Afd suggested afternoon your way. Gusts in the 20's
  3. Winds really mixing down here. Steady in the upper teens and gusting near 30. 68 and partly cloudy. About to head south for the day. Flood Zone in Union Bridge
  4. Interesting that NWS keeps mentioning the NAM MOS for suggesting temps will only rise 7-9 degrees on a strongly advective S/W wind. However. the latest NAM OP guidance jumped ship and changed the high at MDT from 66 to 73. Even with a mostly cloudy day (which is also questionable) I think temps rise 12-15 degrees from their current position. If we do get quite a bit of sun, then 80's are possible. Monday keeps looking less and less record setting though. Euro has in the 40's late next weekend.
  5. We did get down to 56 before the wind and clouds picked up not long after midnight. This is your kind of weather....enjoy!
  6. @paweather Starting 8 days from now the GFS is still real fall weather. Not winter but fall....7 days from now is the last warm day on the suite. Red November.
  7. I know you did, I was just playing around. That is why I have double the posts here. LOL Always the joker.
  8. I went looking for where the NWS was getting the more cloudy type forecast tomorrow and I see it on the NAM. Not much else. So, interesting to see what happens.
  9. I would very surprised if you stay below 75 tomorrow. I do not think they had CXY or MDT in the 70's any day this week yet..... Still expect at least one CXY 80.
  10. It shows a chill down mid week then a short warm period this time next week (well into the 70's) followed by more fall/early winter like temps....but some of the non op members and other models are starting to wane a slight but on the depth of the cold for later Nov re: not snow worthy.
  11. Wonder how that bodes for the next 3 days. If we get an official station above 85 that is a once in a lifetime type experience (at least up to this point). And the possibility of lows in the 70's. Crazytime.
  12. Sat night, I had an error in my first post. When someone wins, it will be the largest lottery payout in US history. Previous was 1.58 Bill.
  13. I just plunked down $4 so Powerball was on my mind and saw your post and had to laugh. 1.6 Bill as of now. 1 in 292+ Mill chance...."You have to play to win"
  14. That ability to travel 15 min in the future should put an end to the Powerball Jackpot tomorrow tonight! LOL.
  15. The highest Nov Max Min in MDT's history is 64 set on Nov 4, 1961. The Rgem shows the temp staying at 68 and above for this Sunday. Other suites are close to the record at 64. Nooners, sunny and 63
  16. We have a row of Marigolds on a front planter...might not be able to see them in this pic, but dozens of honeybees are here this AM. I see them but I know where they are. Have never seen this thing happen before.
  17. Well, you are just a party pooper for the Phils...first the Phillies Profile pic curse and now two of your buddies taking them down. LOL!!!!
  18. If my postal delivery engineer gets paid per piece of mail, she is the richest person in PA these last 30 days.
  19. You are rolling into a weekend and early next week where you may hit 80 (but at least into the mid to upper 70's) more than once. Throw off the covers, ditch the slippers for shoes, fluff the pillow and enjoy. LOL. And the Euro has it getting near 80 again 8-10 days from now. GFS and CMC not as warm.
