  1. NWS must be watching here as the adverbs are flowing on the zones too: Detailed Forecast Tonight Showers, mainly before 11pm. Low around 45. North wind 10 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible. Sunday Ridiculously sunny, with a high near 58. North wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph.
  2. A very rare event for the much of the south part of the forum this year.
  3. Nice topper for us hopefully. Freshen the pack :-). I almost came to Hanover again today but was deviated at the last moment.
  4. The official Meso call is extremely :-). Actually, the latest HRRR has a few very small pop up showers tomorrow afternoon. But still quite a bit of sun.
  5. Tomorrow is looking pretty nice on the meso's. 55-60 for the LSV and Extremely sunny. Close to chamber...a bit breezy. GFS more partly cloudy.
  6. You were forecast for 2.5"? Oh maybe you mean 1-1.25? You may bust the 1.25" this evening.
  7. .35" is not screwed IMO. And I think there is more to come. Look at this depiction. The M/D line was a primary cut off on this one. One report of .13 more than me about 5 miles to my NW. a lot more about 10 miles to my ENE. But a lot less for some on the M/D line. Check out the 70" figure in York.
  8. I am fine what I ended up with at .35". Puts me well into the 20"+ range for the year...not 21 yet though. Still the driest year ever in these parts I believe. The drizzle has been something though. It started raining around 7AM and 6.5 of the 8 hours has been drizzle. Hopefully more tonight.
  9. Looking at the HRRR and radar, the heavier stuff could (if HRRR is on target) be moving out between 1 and 3 for the LSV and then a decent break before some more showers overnight. HRRR keeps the 60 degree line a little south of the M/D line.
  10. One decent burst here has us at .27 with 90% of the morning being drizzle or nothing.
  11. All dry down here. That Gap the Nam showed is covering Maryland and the southern LSV. Plenty of rain to come here later today.
  12. The midnight high at MDT strikes again.....49. Though it has since risen into the 50's. Deion Sanders least favorite number is 46 however.
  13. MDT not going to get a third 70 in a row....settling near normal in the mid 60's. 67 here.
  14. LOL, that is pretty witty. Has weather and non weather applications.
  15. MR models (op and ensemble) have a similar progression next week as we had this week...the flow backs to coming out of the SW and above normal temps return.
  16. Some models have been punching the 60-degree line up near the M/D when keeping 40's in the Northern LSV so could be quite difference in a small area.
  17. I say model huggers and you think of me...you got me! LOL I would be really surprised if anyone here got less than 1/2" and think many get over 1". The Nam is still splitting much of the LSV (rain to the north and south) until Saturday night so that will be interesting to see if it comes to fruition. The 3K is more normal look albeit showery.
