I had time to look back at my loosely kept records which suggest I had snow on 5 days in Feb, so March has already eclipsed last month with 6 T or more snow totals. My accums this month, about 1.5", pale in comparison to Feb though

EC sort of holds ground with its MLB dampener but delayed it a bit with this bowling ball look at the end of the run so day 2 of the season.

Early Spring hit a bit of a roadblock though it is really spring now (really since Mar 1 in my opinion) so just a technicality. But one could easily argue that Spring began Feb 18th as MDT has not stayed below 40 on any day since then.

Living so close we did not stay that often, but we have been to Disney over 100 times. My stay tally is Wilderness Lodge, Carribean and all 3 All-Stars.

The best we have done was the Wilderness Lodge for one night with a Florida rate for under $200. Now the All-Stars are over $200. Animal Kingdom Lodge with an animal view would be my favorite.

The Contemporary. Nicer rooms there are often well over $1k per night.

GFS falling in line with other models in meandering the weekend low which will not get it done when we need a faster approach and more energy pulling down cool air on the backside. Nooners, 34 and much too windy outside. Damn cold.

Having lived near Orlando for 15 years I have a perspective that one should know what Orlando really is before staying off site (like you surely do with so many trips.) Lot's of people go to Disney and Bubble it which allows them to come away thinking Florida is the greatest place ever. Then there are people who stay on what some would call moderate hotels along maybe 192 and they come away exhausted thinking Florida is a big tourist trap with lots of dangerous people hanging around.

Surprisingly not cold tonight on meso's after only getting mid to upper 40's for highs. A warm front tailing off the low in Cananda swings through before the trailing cold front sets us cold again Wed evening. Seems like constant snow today in the Laurels.

I have a friend in SC, south of Charlotte NC, and it is below freezing there this AM.

I have stayed at all 3 of the resorts at that level and the rooms are indeed small. Two beds and little room to maneuver around them.

The biggest difference from this Am's run and 12Z yesterday, that I noticed, was the coastal being slower which allows it to miss the colder air retreating from PA. At that same time stamp yesterday the low was encroaching upon SE PA instead of just leaving Pedro. Cold in before it gets here and cold air after it leaves.
