  1. Yea, the drought or drought like condition are affecting a lot of PA. The farmer beside me said he applied for Government aid as his corn has not even "blossomed" yet and is going to be mostly a loss or turned into feed corn. Its only 3-4 feet tall as the end season nears. I was over in Cumberland county last weekend and the corn was 7-8 feet high and more healthy. Getting the D1 designation will help his case.
  2. We are still 9.5 inches behind for the past 11-12 weeks. Just noticed we were upgrades to D1 moderate drought. https://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/CurrentMap/StateDroughtMonitor.aspx?Northeast
  3. @CarlislePaWx was just or almost nailed by a southwest moving bow line like storm.
  4. Wow, you must have been under a real heavy outburst or storm. We just had 10 min of decently heavy rain here. But for the week we are at that similar figure so some greening.
  5. Not at my PC to easily check but saw some reports of over 4" in similar areas to this flood warning a couple nights ago.
  6. Damn it @Cashtown_Coop that's my first weenie tag in a while and I think that is retaliatory for my tag on you yesterday. LOL.
  7. Models looking good for copious afternoon and evening/overnight rains.
  8. Our forum has reached Hot Status for at least the second time in recent days. We get through many weeks in the winter without reaching this status. Before we know it the admins will be asking us if it is ok if they mention our enthusiasm to their advertisers.
  9. Agreed. And no tropical system that are inflating the numbers. We are only months away from seeing many 5-10 day GFS/Fv3 snow storms.
  10. Sorry Voyager. You do not get to use the failure line until you have a few more week of missed. LOL. You are the Water King of this board right now...followed closely behind by Historic Training time.
  11. Its has been more Historic in the past month than its ever been before! I think Dry Gulch Rouzerville is about to tack on a bit more rain.
  12. We ended up around 1/4" again. Heavier than yesterday but much shorter. Good grass watering.
